granulated sugar

tablespoons
ground cinnamon

fine salt (for flavor), optional
Instructions
To a small bowl, add all of the ingredients.
Mix well to combine.
Store in an airtight container or shaker.
Notes
1 tablespoon cinnamon = a mild and subtle flavor
1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon = a pleasantly mellow flavor
2 tablespoons cinnamon = a spicy flavor with a little zing
