Sugar Free Whole Wheat Banana Muffins
These healthy banana muffins are made with whole wheat flour, no refined sugar, and are dairy-free! They're perfect for a low calorie and low fat breakfast or snack.

overripe bananas, mashed
honey or maple syrup
whole wheat flour
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line muffin pan with muffin liners and set aside.
In a large bowl combine bananas, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir in the honey/maple syrup.
Beat in the oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add the flour and gently mix until combined. Do not over mix.
Scoop the batter into the muffin pan distributing it evenly between the cups.
Bake for 18 – 19 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan 5 minutes then remove.
